Moreover, you may also be required to attach your bank transfer slip to confirm payment. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time, except they cannot change their username. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

The Objectives of Data Processing

1. We collect your personal data to verify your account identity.

2. We collect your personal data to serve you as our customer. We may contact you via email or phone to talk about your ordered product, use a bank transfer slip uploaded by a customer to check payment, and must deliver the product to your specified shipping address.

4. When the data storage period is over, and when we do not have the right to access and use your personal data processing, we will erase your personal data from the database within 365 days from the day that the data storage period and the right is ended.

We collect your personally identifiable data, which is name, company (if any), billing and shipping address, phone number, email, and data from a bank transfer slip, and IP address. If the customer does not use our service and does not buy our product anymore, we will delete the customer data and service usage information within three years.

The Rights of Data Owner

If you register an account on our website, you have the right to access your own personal data and can request to receive a copy file of the personal data we hold about you.
